1. Shipping Rates

We offer fast and reliable shipping Australia-wide with the following rate structure:

$17.50 (flat rate)

Orders containing bulky products*

$50.00 (flat rate)

* Bulky products include oversized or heavy items. These are clearly marked on the product page.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery times (non-bulky):

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Bulky Product Shipping

Bulky products incur a $50 shipping fee due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements. These items are excluded from free shipping offers, even if your total order exceeds $199.

If your order contains both standard and bulky items, both shipping rates will apply.

4. Shipping Partners

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Team Global Express (TGE) and Couriers Please depending on your location and the size of your order.

5. Delivery Notes

  • We ship only within Australia
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for bulky items. Please provide a street address
  • Signature on delivery may be required for certain orders

6. Order Issues or Delays

If your order is delayed or you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please contact our support team. We will assist with locating or re-issuing your delivery where appropriate.
