Refund policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to the following websites:

(together, the “Websites”)


1. Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns on most items subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 45 days of the arrival date
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original, undamaged packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Closeout / Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for products with a major failure or manufacturing defect.

If you believe your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Description and clear photos of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund, replacement, or repair (where applicable)

We will assess the claim and arrange a return or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.


3. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment to determine the cause of any fault or failure.

A Warranty Claim cannot be made for any part that has been subject to misuse, modification, negligence, accidental damage, incorrect maintenance, incorrect fitment, fitment by an unqualified person, improper storage, involvement in an accident, or use in any manner not intended.

All parts must be returned for testing and detailed inspection before a decision can be made regarding the cause of failure and whether it is covered under warranty.

The assessment process may take additional time when involving interstate or international suppliers or manufacturers.

You may be asked to provide additional information about installation and use, including the contact details of the qualified technician who installed the part. Failure to provide this information may result in the claim being declined.

We will not be held liable for any incidental costs including, but not limited to, fitting or refitting parts, towing, workshop costs, and/or loss of time. Liability for faulty parts or fitment issues remains limited to the part itself only.

We appreciate your understanding that warranty evaluations are necessary to ensure that claims are handled fairly and in accordance with manufacturer and supplier guidelines.


4. Return Process

To return an item, please:

  1. Email us at contact@leattmoto.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Package the item securely and send it to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
